We want you to love your artwork. If it does not feel right in your space, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

30-Day Return Guarantee

Every original artwork purchased from Gicheva Art comes with a 30-day return guarantee. If the piece does not feel right in your home or office, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the artwork price.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The artwork is in its original condition with no damage, alterations, or marks.
  • The artwork is returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
  • The Certificate of Authenticity is included with the returned piece.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Commissioned or custom artwork — pieces created specifically to your requirements are made to order and cannot be returned.
  • Artwork damaged by the customer — any damage caused after delivery (improper hanging, exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, etc.) is not covered.
  • Artwork returned without original packaging — pieces returned without adequate protection that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging. We recommend using the same materials it arrived in.
  4. Ship the artwork using a tracked and insured courier service.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the artwork, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Full refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund will include the artwork price only. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged or defective.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged in Transit

All shipments are fully insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including shipping.
