30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your artwork. If it does not feel right in your space, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. The piece must be in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping FAQ
How is the artwork packaged?
Every painting is wrapped in acid-free glassine paper and protected with foam layers. Smaller works are shipped in reinforced art boxes; larger pieces travel in custom-built wooden crates with shock-absorbing padding. Each package is fully insured.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime using the tracking link sent with your order confirmation.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I pick up the artwork in person?
Absolutely. If you are in Dubai or the UAE, we can arrange a personal handover. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout or contact us to schedule a studio visit.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. Because artworks require a signature on delivery and are often too large for standard mailboxes, we only ship to residential or business addresses.
